The NPC would be 2 blocks under the ground so hackers would still hit the NPC through the ground. Normal people hitting the ground wouldn't be affected.

He specifically said 2 blocks under the ground. So normies couldn't hit them.
And instead of an auto-tempban, to prevent unjust glitch-bans, staff will get a little ping in staff chat telling them that an npc has been hit.

    Does that work above?
But I absolutely love this idea. +1

I have a suggestion for hackers in Kitpvp.

What if a grid of NPC's arranged in a regular formation (8x8 sounds good to me) were to be buried under the ground? They'd need to be 2 blocks under to prevent people from hitting the NPC's accidentally. The NPC's would be invincible. If someone (obviously using killaura/aimbot) were to hit the NPC through the ground, the server would automatically temp-ban them for 7 days for hacking.

    What do you think?

    1) If it were placed around the arena then people would be able to hit them, which would cause unfair kicks/bans. If it were placed around the arena and kicked people, people could hit it and use it as a way to log.
    2) Your idea, which is to have a bot run around and say "stop hacking" to everyone, would definitely cause spam.
