Make Staff Applications, Report a player, and ban appeals view able before you hit submit. On all the other "Create Threads" there is a button to preview. Those three specifically don't have that. I have recently seen where a person say makes a staff app and gets a whole load of crap because it's so short, well your looking at a bunch of tiny boxes you can't see what you have written. I know some people could write it all in a word document but we shouldn't have too. Reporting a player and ban appeals could be viewed so you can re-read it before you hit submit and correct any mistakes so you know what it looks like. I am more emphasizing on the staff application part so that players can see their app before hitting submit so they have an idea on how it looks.
