Hi Snowflake! I'm afraid I'm going to have to -1 your application for the following reasons:

•You do not have Teamspeak
•Your hours are not very good at all, and won't be beneficial to the staff team
•Your application was very weak. Try looking the the "Unofficial Guides" section of the forums for some guides!
•You have the new member rank on forums, meaning you barely have any experience here

About your application and how to improve:

•Your introduction: introduce yourself, and mention your ingame life and your real life, such as your activities, hobbies, and such
•Your why section: you need to really tell us why you should be staff, and how you stand out from all the other applicants
•Your weakness section: you need to tell us how you plan to improve that weakness!
•Your conclusion: You need to make it a bit more longer, and really have a nice way to conclude your application

Once you improve on these things, make a way better application, get a better knowledge of the server and forums, get teamspeak, and increase your activity; you will definitely get a +1 from me!
