Opinion ||
You are active on the forums, honestly, quite active, which is awesome to see! So often I see potential Helpers almost avoiding the forums, it really makes me sad.

However, after a quick look-through of your post, 90% of them consisted of 3-5 words, not to mention the countless rather spammy posts you have on the profiles of other players. The few in complete, well-worded sentences are almost never serious, much like the rest of your posts.

99% of what I've seen by you on the forums has been either immature or joking. The 1% left is few things like this application and you posting on the report.

This makes you look extremely unprofessional; not something I want from a staff member.

Sure, you need to be able to be silly sometimes, and friendly, but you go beyond that. You are only serious when you want something. And that doesn't reflect well for me.

I would have hoped that you'd at least post literate and serious replies when it came to Suggestions, Q&A, Report a Bug, and Staff Recruitment, but you disappointed me.

Furthermore, the lack of care in your posts leads me to question your motives. I don't think I've ever seen you post something that sincerely seemed helpful.

Your activity is alright, but you need to work on making more in-depth, serious replies to most of the things that you reply to. You need to realize that it's okay to be silly ever so often, but more often than not you need to reflect that you can actually be thoughtful in your responses. Work on replying to the sections I mentioned above, as well, and let your desire to help shine through your words.

Similar to your forums, you have fair activity, especially in shout.

However, I mostly notice you cracking jokes and taking things non-seriously. When you do take something seriously, you go too far with it, often to the point of vehemently arguing with anyone with a differing opinion.

This was especially prevalent the one time I had to ban you, and although that was a long time ago and I know that you have matured a lot since then (good on you for that, by the way), I haven't seen enough improvement to be sure it won't occur again.

I haven't, unfortunately, specifically notice any helping by you when it comes to new players, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here and hope that you do it in local or /msg.

Suggestions ||
Keep your activity up, try to take some things more seriously but don't overreact if people insult you/something you like, etc. If you don't help people out that ask in shout or at spawn, I'd suggest doing that, but only if you actually have the sincere motivation to do so.

Information ||

Nothing inherently wrong with this one. The 1 hour is a little iffy, but it's not a huge deal. If it's possible, try to improve that, but it's not a huge deal. Good timezone, too.

Introduction ||

Unfortunately, most of this is fairly unnecessary, and even with the filler in, it's incredibly short. You have inconsistent spelling of 'MeepCraft' (pet peeve), and have a lot of repetition of unnecessary things. Most of this introduction is about Meep, which while it isn't a bad thing to include, it shouldn't be your entire intro. An introduction needs to be used to help people who know you to see how you see yourself, and allow people who don't know you to see a quick snippet of your personality. It would have been better with more beef and less filler, that is, with more about your personality, hobbies, and likes/dislikes instead of silly filler about how much you 'like to play meep', because obviously, if you are applying, you like it here.

Why ||

Oh my gods, the run-on sentence. I'm not cutting you slack because of your age; if you are going to be staff, you need to be at least as mature and literate as everyone else on the team. Also, emoticons are bad, very bad in an application. No. Okay. As you've probably noticed, most of this section is red. That's because it's mostly weaknesses, not strengths (among other things). Let's start from the top.

Okay, maybe I'm being a bit mean here, but not only can you help people out well now, but your main reason shouldn't be getting people banned. Furthermore, this is literally just listing stuff that Helpers do, not why or how you'd be able to do any of this.

Alright, this one isn't that bad, I just don't think that Timezone should be a huge reason, and considering the shortness of the rest of your Why, this is highlighted and it shouldn't be.

Not only do I think this is quite arrogant, but it's also assuming we are doing nothing, when 9 times our of 10 we are. And, I repeat, kicking/banning is not everything, in fact, it's very little of what we are about.

A wonderful sentiment, but it has no business in your application, and especially not in your Why. Popularity also doesn't make people enjoy a server more.

You don't just ask to be forgiven, you prove you won't do it again. Not to mention, why is this in your why? It's something bad. And look, a lovely unnecessary emoticon.

Again, asking for forgiveness isn't enough. Being more mature is good, but I haven't seen too much evidence of this.

Confidence is alright, overconfidence is a problem. This seems more like overconfidence and inability to back down, which again, is a weakness.

Weaknesses ||

Wow. This is not enough. Nope. Though, its only one probably because you put weaknesses in your why for some reason unbeknownst to me. Also, not being able to talk much when lots of staff members are on is not a huge weakness, unlike the ones listed above. It would be better if you explained more what you were doing to help this (and all the other weaknesses you somehow forgot to mention here).

Conclusion ||

I'm dying. An emoticon, and text speak. This is a formal application. You do not use 'u'.

Even aside from that, this was an incredibly weak conclusion. A conclusion is a short summary of what you said. This is not a conclusion.

Suggestions ||
Never use emoticons in a formal application. Don't use text speak. Get someone to proof read. Write more beef and less filler. Don't put things in the wrong sections for no apparent reasons. Make your Why and Weaknesses the longest sections, your Conclusion the shortest.

This is not a good thing. I do not feel you are yet ready for interview, and while I don't think you should give up, I suggest waiting a long while, and allowing yourself to mature before trying again.

tl;dr ||

I honestly really feel you aren't ready for Helper, due to numerous issues with the application, lack of clear motives, and most of all, maturity.

-1. App was very short and lacking. You also are very young, and not saying that it is bad to be young, but most younger players are immature (like you).

 

Let's start off with the bad, -1.

The reason I'm -1 isn't because of your age. I think you're a great kid, and I've worked along some other great kids not much older than yourself, and they did an impressive job. However I think you lack the maturity in general, and I don't think you possess the skills that is most suitable for staff. Additionally, I don't think you understand how much work being a helper is, nor do I think you will grow accustomed to that. Essentially, I think you're be much happier if you're not staff, and I think your time will be more worthwhile spent as a player enjoying themselves, than stressing over stuff as a helper, lacking essentially any time to play the game.

Im on 1-, 'cause I think you are too young to handle such stress as Staff member. Also the app was kinda short...and tbh I dont see ya helping so much(or im just not focusing).
Maybe ya should wait two or three years and re-apply at then.

Nice to see you putting the correct information in on this app! But it was rather short.
There were some grammatical errors.
Didn't really hear much besides "I want to help kick and ban." and "I like to play Meepcraft."
You had one Weakness and not much as to why you want to be on the staff team other than "I'll help kick and ban".
I often see immaturity in-game and rarely see you helping others in-game as well.
Out of the 4 times you've been banned, 1 was a 7-day and one was a pending a perm. But that isn't a big deal as long as those things won't happen again.
Teamspeak activity is lacking (Most likely timezones)
Your age isn't that big of a problem rather than the ones stated by me and others.
