Intro:

Hey. I'm Adam, or better known to you guys as flamedemond. I love sports, in general. My favourite sport is basketball. This past school year, I made my schools junior basketball team. Out of over 50 people who tried, I was 1 of the 8 who made it. We ended up going to area finals, but got knocked out and came 6th. I also love shot put, mainly cause I'm the second best in my grade. For track in field I placed 2nd at my school with 7.86m, bringing me to areas, where I proceeded to get 8.4m and came 3rd. I felt horrible after because I knew I could've done better, which I did the next day. It's now just motivating me to get stronger and do better next year. I have OCD/CDO (OCD in alphabetical order) and need certain things to be perfect. I am currently going into grade 7 in 2 months and can't wait.

Why:

I know that if I get helper, it could cause flame wars (see what I did there? ) and I know I can help people as a normal player, but I want to be able to help people with griefing cases, kicking people for spam instead of doing /modreq or reporting.

Activity: I try to be as active as I can be, but haven't been on as much I would've liked to be because I'm hanging out with my IRL friends. Other than that, I am pretty active (at least I think). I know my forums activity isn't as good as a lot of people's, but I just find it stupid to post pointless posts, so I don't post a lot. My teamspeak activity is, I'd like to say quite a good amount, but I'm sure it's not as much as other players, but as I stated, part of it is because of being uncomfortable talking to people much older than me. My in game activity is pretty good. I'm basically on for like 3 hours, go get something to eat, then come back on meep. I am quite active in game.

Maturity: I feel that since my last time applying, I have become a lot more mature, like if jumbo says it, it must be true! But actually, last time I applied, I was this guy who would be extremely cocky, whine at a lot of stuff, and basically just act stupid. Now, I don't whine at stuff, I know I'm not the best at everything, and I've tried to act less stupid (just for you Rusian <3).

OCD: As I stated in my intro, I have OCD and makes me NEED certain things done. If I start to help someone, I NEED to get it done or else it will bug me. In a way, I guess you could say I'm a perfectionist. Without stuff being done, it would buy me, which makes me always remember to complete it.

Current responsibility: I didn't know what else to name it, so I named it this. Currently, I am co-mayor of 2 towns, and know the majority of towny commands. This can help me majorly when helping someone with towny commands and whatnot (ya, I used that word properly). When my brother is reviewing hacking reports, he'll often ask me to watch it to see if I can see the hacks which does help.

Strengths:

Having a brother as a mod: Since my brother's a mod, I get to see what staff needs to do, what they do, how they do it, and I'm probably more familiar with hawkeye commands than most normal players. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to brag or make this come off as me bragging, I'm just saying this is a big advantage.

OCD: Since I've brought this up a few times, I'll talk briefly about it. It makes me need to finish some things like let's say I'm helping someone, I would need to finish helping them.

Fast(ish) typer: I'm kinda fast. I realize this isn't a big strength but for people that like start swearing in shout and spam it, I can kick them quickly and then get a mod to ban them or something like that. I know it's not much help but it still does help.

Weaknesses:

Age: I understand that a lot of people base stuff of the persons age and how they haven't had many life experiences, which is why I'm adding this. I don't judge people like that (most of the time) and there are a few reasons behind it. 1. You don't know what the person is capable of unless you give 'em a shot, 2. Age doesn't always distinguish maturity.

Stubbornness: I know everyone has this, even if its the smallest amount. When I feel like I am right, and the other person is wrong, I won't believe the person until I see solid proof. I guess this could be both a strength and weakness, but I feel like it's a weakness in my case.

PvP: I know that I'm not the most pleasant person to be around after getting rekt in pvp. I have a pvp side which isn't very, likeable, I guess, which is why I don't PvP as much as I used to. It kind of goes with anger. If I get really pissed off, I will start to get mad. I've been working on that and if that happens, I just try remove myself from the situation, and online, it's a lot easier. Just press esc, press disconnect and go outside. I'm still trying to get better with it, but as staff, I would probably be to busy to PvP anyways.

Conclusion:

I know I'm not exactly perfect, and have my ups and downs, but I would really like a shot at this. I really hope you enjoyed the app and thank you in advance for reading.
