It was not authorized - can you process the refund please? Let us know what else you need. If you have to charge us a $20 server fee, that would be preferable to $280.
I am not part of the server staff so I can't handle this, but you should private message her the following:
1. Transaction ID (this should be in your receipt)
2. time of purchase and what you purchased (I'm guessing that it's an upgrade to Ultimate)
3. a description of how she can refund it and how it was unauthorized
hey guys. i'm a friend of the family and more familiar with meep than the other dad so trying to help out. it was a kid that made the purchase. i explained the issue with the charge you guys get on charge backs and he'd be glad to made a corresponding donation to offset it. is there anyone he can email directly to sort it all out? i've talked to clueless, but i end up just being a middle man. thanks and cheers!
So @FINAWESOME 's son/daughter had access to his/her PayPal and just bought the highest rank on the server? Well the only thing I would suggest is to not let children have access to PayPal accounts, but yes I think that would be possible. Be patient though :)
@Natsu - that's kinda it. fin is the kid. his dad legit upgraded his account several times - but i guess the link to his paypal account stayed sync'd. so, well, yeah. the door was open for this. cheers!
That is correct Derek - for everyone's info, nothing at this point has been refunded and we've received no communication on who to contact or how to get a refund issued. At this point, I'm not concerned with being banned (although my 8 year old would like to remain a player if at all possible). If anyone has a suggestion, I'm all ears. Regards
