    I can't watch right now but I have said he was alive all along. He stole his father's code and when Suzaku stabbed him, it activated. C.C.'s code didn't activate until she was killed the first time and only people with a code have been seen to send memories to people. C.C. did to Suzaku to drive him insane so Lelouch could escape and Lelouch did it Nunnally when he was "dead".
