    I always torment my town staff when they get promoted by saying "It's time, sorry , mate!" in town chat, then removing their ranks. After letting them respond, I give them the higher rank and announce it on the Discord.

    Lol I just promote them whenever they get recommended from someone and we pass it in town meeting. Then they come up to me and ask me if the promotion was a mistake or not
