A. You can apply in ''Applications'' which is under ''Support.'' on the forums.
B. You need to be registered for a week, have 5 posts, and have 5 likes, minimum.
C. I'd suggest waiting - in order to be accepted you have to be pretty well known by the community as well as have been active on all 3 aspects on the server for several months. Get yourself out there, we don't bite I promise.
It's saying there's an error because you haven't met the requirements. You have 5 posts, but you haven't been here a week and you haven't gotten 5 likes yet.
