The good looks thing I care little about
the long, perf hair I could get used to.
The high pitched voices are eh, so long as you're talking the actual japanese voice and not the bad english dubs
I could use an amazing storyline, mine's pretty boring lel

I guess it's different for everyone, but those are just the things that generally people more or less want in their lives because CARTOONS JUST TAKE SO MUCH OUT OF REALITY ugh
