Im not really sure how to fix that. Make sure you read all the instructions through.

After I choose a file for my profile pic, shouldn't it replace my other picture? Because it doesn't do that. Then when I press the Ok button, it doesn't get out of that window and the only way to get out is to use the Close button. I tried removing my picture to try to upload that second file, but that didn't work either.

So now I'm just stuck with this profile pic.

Other players (i.e 2004grevous) have also been having these issues. Must be a common issue.

Nope. Didn't work.
Tried on Safari, then on Firefox. Same problem.
