Clearly I'm questioning. Why didn't you just use a question mark if you asked a question? I usually put a question to let people to comment on what I say.

Are they affecting you in any way?
Are they making you feel awkward?
Are they scaring you?
Are they doing inappropriate gestures?
These are question marks you need to ask before saying things like this to ginger.
