There are certain teas that are good for sleep if yo drink that sort of thing. Hot chocolate with alot of milk helps too if you dont wanna drink just hot milk lol. A hot shower helps too, Once your body starts cooling off youll start to get tired.
I found you have to get up earlier if you want to go bed earlier. So set an alarm early even if you've stayed up really late, then you'll be tired enough the next day to reset (hopefully).
Just go out for a day if you can, get tired and sleep early. Resets the schedule by 3~4 hours for me. Also place your alarm clock away from your bed so you are forced to physically get up.
