How's it going?

It's been 2009 days since I made this forum account. Anyone remember me?

I work at a financial technology company now. My job involves making sure our systems take in all the client data properly.

Vshop's dead to me, but I'm starting to use some of those skills in real life now, mostly with bike gear. I won't spend $250 on a new racing helmet or $150 on a used one, but I'll buy four of them on sale at Amazon for $110 and re-sell them to justify purchasing my own, for example.



Honestly just surprised this place is still up and running (if it can be called that). Lot of fun memories from when I joined back in 2012 or so.

I knew it, I missed it. It's been three years since I first applied for staff, and also three years since I got accepted (because it got accepted the next day, 20 hours later to be exact ) I was a freshman in high school when I applied, and now I'm a senior applying to colleges (weewww weeeee how fun is that)

Anywayyyy just wanted to say thanks to everyone who I met and got to know in the time that I played on the server, and obviously I wasn't the best as staff (also the server was having a hard time but that's btp). Cheesy as it sounds, I was pretty freaking introverted my whole life. Then when I got Teamspeak I was pretty much forced to talk to people and it was totally out of my comfort zone. But I got around, and eventually it was one of my hobbies to get to just jump into a channel with someone I knew. Then after I resigned and left, it was the start of sophomore year, and I became a lot more involved with my school and started to talk to a lot more people. I honestly have no idea how I pulled it off. But now I think I have a pretty solid group of friends and I've just done a lot in the past few years, and hopefully I'll enjoy these last few months of high school as a second semester senior.

Servers are never good at tracking the player model. It's why piston elevators don't work and boats use to randomly break. So why does the anti-cheat make players stick to where the server thinks players are? It doesn't just reset your position, it resets where your eyes were looking too. You can get stuck in mid air, on a slab, and on absolutely nothing. It also resets your /back. It's not like this part of anti-cheat really necessary. It's obvious to tell if someone flying. PVP is dead because combat update, so speed hacks are useless. It's sad that even the staff meme about it.
