I’m a -1 today for several reasons.

First of all, I think that sometimes, your attitude is unacceptable. The fact that you went to such bug lengths to bully a player both on forums and in-game is something I do not tolerate, at all. Meepcraft should be a judgement-free and safe for all server, and I have very little empathy for the people who go against that idea, as I’ve seen in previous screenshots.

Additionally, I have noticed you have a hard time taking criticism. Your various responses to the comments on this application as well as responding “LOL” to someone’s complaint about your very own attitude is not something that we would be delighted to see, knowing that a Helper is someone representing our server.

Finally comes the fact that you have a hard time filtering your chat in global, participating in heated debates, and on numerous occasions having used foul language.

I think you can be a great kid, but you have to take a bit more time getting to know the server and its community, as well as all towny commands. You also have got to realise that words, even in-game, have meanings, and can unecessarily hurt someone.

After thinking for a bit, and watching you how you act in Meep...I have to say, I am disappointed.
You are pretty immature, I never see you helping in Global chat, and it feels like you're not taking this seriously. I don't see how you stand out from all other players to become a staff member, you seem like just the normal person who just wants a title because it seems cool.

Why should you be Helper? I want to apply for helper to help those who are being bullied, and I have friends and enemies. I love Meepcraft, and I think we could use more staff. To be honest, it's hard to explain.

How fitting of you to say you want to help those who are being bullied, yet you started bullying Lolli by making a very immature thread asking does she suck.

Overall, your application as a whole was quite weak, and I don't like it how it's hard for you to explain why you want to become a staff member. For now, work on your weaknesses (especially the immaturity), learn to handle criticism, start helping people in Meep(not to the point that you are desperate to help them), and take your time in Meep and get to know all the mechanics and players as well as you can.

If you cannot handle negative criticism, being a staff member will not suit you well. there will be people that disagree with you, even harass you, just bc you're staff, and it can get tiring if you aren't used to it. This is rather negative and immature, just say thank you and move on.
Overall - Don't be petty, be the bigger person, smile and nod. That will get you further than anything else.
