I so rarely agree with Nuker, but I must say this application is a -1.

Why?
-You do not display traits shown by other staff members
-You do not have a personality suited for the meep staff team
-Your application is really short, and there's an emoji in it
-You list Horneman as a reference

That basically sums it up.
