It's been a very long time since I've taken a look at staff applications. First of all, I want to thank you for the courage of applying for staff--it's not easy to put yourself out there. Thus, regardless of the outcome of my comment or the outcome of the staff's decision regarding your potential promotion to Helper, please know that I would encourage you to continue to strive to continue to be a good Meeper. That being said, here is my assessment.
Application: +0
While I appreciate that your application seems to be relatively thought-out, I would recommend that in the future (be it in another Helper app if you don't get it this round, or if you apply for Mod later) you use something like spell check. This is an application that should be the "nail in the coffin" to show your dedication to the server... and thus, time needs to be taken to ensure that your application is as professional as possible. However, it shows heart and thus my opinion on the matter is overall neutral.
In-Game: +0
I have not personally seen you in-game and so it's hard for me to entirely judge your personality. This is the main reason that I give a neutral rating. However, I did notice a discrepancy in the date that you gave for joining--/seen shows that you joined January of this year. (I don't know much about the Great Meep Reset, so that might be the cause for the difference in stats).
Forums: -1
I haven't really seen you around on the forums. Your account notes that you've been around on the forums since June 14th of this year, and since then I see that you've been a little active--but not really in a super substantial way. Unless things have changed, the forums are a large part of what Meep is, and thus I would recommend that you become more of a Forum Veteran before your next application.
In-Real-Life: -1
As people have mentioned before, the lack of Discord is a red flag for me, even though you've mentioned that some other staff members have potentially okayed this. I'm not really sure what the staff culture is nowadays, but it would seem to me that a standardized method of communication would be necessary for a productive team. Also, know that staff is a rough position--people usually either love you or hate you, and there's not much in-between. If you have a super rough time with getting your feelings hurt, I'm not sure if staff is quite healthy for your psyche.
Conclusion and Recommendation: -1
I do not give this recommendation to discourage you, for sure. However, I definitely think that there are some things that you might be able to work on before you apply for staff. That being said, I wish you the best of luck! Don't hesitate to reach out to me if you need any tips.
