I am going to straight out -1 you right now. I may be one of the only ones to do this, but you are certainly not ready for the job. Please do take in mind that I don't have anything against you personally.
First, you need to work on your application. You've been here for a while (a lot longer than myself) and you should know that writing up an application with grammatical errors will not get you accepted. Also, your application was extremely short in the why and weakness sections. I expected more from you just than I ran towns and I messed up economies. Because Pseudo ran towns and messed up economies too, and how great was he at staff? (No offense)
Why section: you need to talk about your work ethics and how exactly you can contribute to the server by being staff.

Staff has to do a lot more than a town mayor, and I believe that you are not ready. Instead of being the leader of an organization, you have to collaborate with others and treat others with respect. What you want may not be accepted. I do not believe that you are ready for this right now.
Weakness section: You overall need to show how you are currently working to improve those weaknesses.
Second, you need to work on your attitude.
I've been a tad bit bored on meepcraft without as much to do and am looking to do more to help out the community.

This is absolutely not the attitude you put in an application. Unacceptable. Staff working with thoughts like this will very little to improve the server.
Third, you need to work on your activity on forums and discord. They are a major part of the community and trust me, it is wonderful to utilize those tools to communicate with awesome people!
Fourth and last, which is the biggest reason why I'm at a -1. Meepcraft currently has a large staff to player ratio. It does not need more staff members that just ... help. We need people that can move projects forward, and increase positivity on the server. And I do not see you as fit for the position right now.
