It all started around August 2015 when me and my friend were going server to server exploiting the economies of them. After possibly causing a reset in one of them, we were looking for a challenge and decided I suggested meepcraft. I had TECHNICALLY joined meepcraft in early January 2014 but had quit not getting how it worked. I for some reason remembered it and alas we came here.

Whats the first (and really only) exploit we found? Dungeon. Within days we quickly racked up a few 100K and by my choice, we made a town. Mooville beta. Our resident numbers exploded from the start and I quickly found my new co-mayor, @meimei55. We hit our height around May 2016 with over 320 residents, I interacting with at least 200 of them and as I left for camp in the summer. Our town crashed and soon after that came gamma.

I decided to restart and make our town a little bit nicer adding some roads. After hitting 150 residents, I decided to split into multiple towns and not only had to manage residents but also other managers of residents. New years rolled around and we all restarted again.

Yet again I tried to make my town nicer but with a lack of staff and myself being busy, my town started to fall and I sold it off. I tried my luck with an even nicer but very small town, bovine hills, but building prebuilds wasn't my thing so I left it to my alt and sought to pursue bigger dreams. At that point, I was looking back, the most enjoyable town I owned was in gamma so I went to remake gamma Mooville.

I talked with one of my biggest towns partners @qazini and made a deal in which I and some of my staff would get to self govern a peachstreet outpost with some support from peachstreet staff. This still exists to this day and is currently a town of about 80 ;) Why should you be Helper? As mentioned above, I have interacted with probably well over one thousand people to help them get started on meepcraft. Recently I completed my outpost so I don't have as much of a responsibility within my town. I've been a tad bit bored on meepcraft without as much to do and am looking to do more to help out the community. What are your weaknesses? Often I can get a little ridiculous in global, especially within debates. This is something I obviously have to work on and I will try to do. I always take a more serious approach when dealing with residents and their questions though.

I also may be a little too protective of my town but yet again, like the first, this can be worked on.

Well over 2 years ago, back in the heyday of beta, I watched you deal with players who had been kicked due to taxes or inactivity or whatever and I remember thinking "what if our staff acted like that". You are genuinely intoxicating to be around, and you have are great at long term planning, you would be amazing as staff.

Twomoo, I really enjoy working with you, but I do not think you are ready to be helper. For one, you should ask your references before you cite them. Also, really try to expand on the Why section, it's the most important one. Meep needs to know why you should be helper, and that's where you tell them. I got to know you fairly well over the last few months, and while you are a great co- and amazing help in the town, there are a few reasons that stick out that prevent me from giving you a +1. The biggest one is your immaturity and conflict seeking with people you have trouble with. Multiple times I had to remind you to de-escalate a conflict with another town. You have a tendency to think highly of your town, and while that is very good, it must be taken in measures, and know that other people and towns also matter. Not too long ago, you set an outpost 4 plots away from Moria, in a direction they were going, so that you could get them in trouble (Thanks @smk for trying to fix this, even though you didn't know about this particular situation). I suggest trying to be more considerate of others and work on not getting conflicts less often. I hope that you don't take this personally, but I do not see you as a helper as of now.

Fair comment, not much I can really do atm. Maybe or maybe not, you have seen somewhat of that stuff calming down. Of course, getting staff isn't a 1 hour, 1 day or even 1 week thing and it takes time. That was me 3 weeks ago, maybe I've changed a bit, maybe I haven't. It's hard for me to judge myself. I think I've tried to and its certainly something with some work I can stop.Overall not much I can say but, ya, its something I really have to work on...

I know I haven't necessarily had the best past, especially within the last month, likely because I'm jumping from the small town business to the big to business and its been a quick change for me. Again, maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong but I think that effect is quickly dying down. Not that that excuses anything but that maybe it will give you a more hopeful outline of the future for me.

Why should you be Helper? As mentioned above, I have interacted with probably well over one thousand people to help them get started on meepcraft. This has given me the experience to deal with residents, help out residents in almost every situation possible. From simple plot loss to theft to luring to consistant swearing to discrimination to residents being outright rude; Every time I saw staff right in the action and how they responded to situations, almost exactly the same way I would. As a staff, I'm not looking to solve everyone's arguments, I'm more looking to help the newer players get started and answer their questions and bring justice to those who are not being treated fairly.

Long story short, I have lots of experience taking a position similar to some staff, almost 2 years of it and as far as meep goes, its not the most common thing. I'd like to share my knowledge with the new player community and help increase meep''s player retention.@qazini

I didn't actually prepare for this. It quite came out of nowhere. I must say, but I honestly don't think you have the necessary skills needed for staff but don't get me wrong you're a fun person to talk to, but I don't think you're ready for staff just yet, I think the main problem is activity in chat. I see you online a lot. but I don't see you in chat as much. it's usually just selling something that I see you, but you do help out on some occasions. I met you when I joined MooVille in beta. we barely talked but you was a nice guy. Personality wise you're good to go, just work on the helping side :) Goodluck!

I did quit 3 weeks ago but what I've seen of you, you're a long time player and you know the round-a-bouts of the server. You also have a suiting personality and you're a pretty likable person in my opinion. Just one thing though, and although I haven't played in a few weeks, I haven't seen you helping when I did. Though, I know that you do quite a fine job within your town and have seen you helping within the town, which is obviously good. I was also disappointed with your 3 sentence 'Why' section. Could have been longer and much more detailed. However, I won't bite you on that, your writing skills don't define your ability to perform well in the position, although it shows some dedication. Long story short though, I do think you know what you're doing and can be a help to the server. So yeah, you're not bad. And anyways, what does this server have to lose at this point lol. +1.

Idk you've always seemed a bit immature but i dont think that should much of a problem but take note that its there.
I never saw you as a staff kinda person... maybe its because i just got back but i haven't seen you around/helping.

I feel like your weaknesses were very incomplete; don't be scared to write them down, its better that you address them rather than ignore them -- if you write another application I'd focus on that section in particular because when someone is able to recognize their flaws, it makes them seem a lot more mature.

Oh boy, when was the last time I talked to you? Beta? I've definitely changed since then. It's harder for me to see my weaknesses at this point as I usually reflect off what my peers are telling me I need to improve on. At this point it's those 2 main topics both I and qazini adressed so if you've got any advice, I'd love to hear it :)

twoomoo, I honestly think you are pretty young to be a staff member and like said, pretty immature, I don't really see you helping people that much, you could try to suggest- or give answers to people who ask questions in global?
Of course, you gave a couple good reasons in why you should be a help but we want a lot so you can really prove yourself .

I'd love to see you improve on your net application. (if you make another one)

If you really did claim a plot four plots away from another town to get them in trouble if they decided to expand, then I do not want you as staff.

As far your application goes, it was okay up until I got to your why section. I've seen people criticized over why section lengths that were three times yours, you should probably look over some other applications. Your intro flowed really well into your why, and led to one good Why; but you still need more.
