Hey Daniel! We're very glad to see you taking an interest in becoming a helping member of the community. You are clearly very motivated, and driven towards becoming a staff member, however we feel at this moment that you are unready for the position. Some advice I could give would be to work more on how you communicate your ideas, and in what manner you do so. There's no doubt in my mind that you have many great ideas to help the server, but knowing the time and place to communicate those ideas is very important.
