Im so beyond tired of having to try to keep our staff team motivated while trying to keep myself motivated, while adding new things and donating time, all to have the same (for lack of a better word) "Privileged kids" bash us at every turn. Certain people think that just because they know us or have played here for a long time, that their input essential and since they donated, they're owed something from us.

Yknow I will revise this because I dont wanna push it, but it just seems so extreme to do something like ban someone for being a jerk when all thats needed is a "hey shut yo face" sometimes. ;-;
Like this could be handled better and I think other people wouldve just quit and you may not exactly need me lolol but player retention is probably this server's highest thing to work on.

I handle it VERY well. However, I dont need negativity surrounding me.
IM the one putting the time in, Therefore, IM the one who stays. See how that works?

You really should, if you warn people, they could make a effort to change, as I'm sure lots of the people don't think there being toxic and aren't actively trying to make meep worse.

I was demoted for negativity within the staff team, due to hella lack of communication within such [my opinon and fault etc]
I was banned for having overall rude and 'toxic' posts, which I was never told there was an issue with, and told several days prior to the ban that everything was chill with me from an admin, with the staff
Basically, I dont want to say I was lied to, but I was lied to. Even without the no warning business. Its a mess on both sides tbh.

Either way the 2 situations are unrelated lol
