So I didn't want to post here, for several reasons, so I won't be pointing fingers. (Yet it will seem obvious) Just gonna leave a comment on certain things before I get into my opinion.
Now, talking about helping a kid and restating it from his application does not mean at all he's bragging about it. If he was literally stating it in every part of his application or telling others "Oh hey, I helped out a kid, you?" every time, then yeah, that'd be bragging. On another note, him posting that he has had a bad experience from a current staff member does not necessarily mean he doesn't get along with him. Its just a bad event. All has past. Where does it say he hates him or doesn't like him at all? And lastly, We all have things to do that keep us busy, school and jobs being the most obvious (maybe) for most staff members. We all can't be on at certain times (not stating names).
Now that thats off my chest. Not that I'm trying to be bias. Even though I was. A little.
Kirby. From my experience with you, you are what all these people have said about you. Caring, responsible, respectful (at times) and most importantly, helpful. You're an ethusatic kind of guy who puts things that are important first, which was your position as helper, right before you left for your guitar (seriously). You posting another application just shows that you're ready once again to place helper first. Of course, there are other things that should go first, like school or family, but you know you'll be putting time aside for being a staff member on meep.Of course, we're here to help you along the way as staff (even though I'm only a bit experienced, those who are more will help you with the things you need help with). Other than that, the app itself was fine to me. I am confident that you will do fine as a helper once again.
