Vkl you're a chill guy but I can't ever see you as a staff member.
I've personally spent dozens of hours on cases that directly or indirectly involve you. From spreading underage nudes of fellow meepers to exploiting bugs that could make you millions of meebles, you seem to have broken every rule that the server has laid out. I would not trust you to uphold these rules and follow them to the spirit of the letter as a staff member. You've poven time and time again that when you get the trust of the staff you will break that trust and do something completely idiotic. Others are saying not to hold your past against you but that's completely asinine, the past teaches us about the present and the future, you've definitely taught us you're completely unfit for this and that you're likely to do something illegal once you simply get bored again (your own words dude).
Vkl I don't ever see you post anything constructive on Meepcraft forums, I don't see you helping people, creating suggestions, improving suggestions, welcoming members, etc etc. Every other post you've made is a Ban Appeal, I've seen people denied because they were banned one time 3 months prior to their app! To consider you for the position after making those type of denials would be completely illogical.
What exactly makes you an asset to the team? What do you bring to the team that nobody else can bring? What is your wow factor that would make the team think "we absolutely need this guy"? You only make short statements then don't even proceed to support the staments with logic or evidence, at 18 years old you should be able to do much better than "I think I could help".
Additionally in your weaknesses you state this:
Firstly you are supposed to change and show improvement before you get accepted, not after. Why can you not be mature now, but expect to magically improve just because you have a Helper tag next to your name? What is holding you back from being mature now??
Again, why can you not control your temper now, but you except you to magically be able to control it "if need be"? You're basically saying if you get helper then you'll magically not be toxic without giving any evidence or real plans on how you expect to combat your weaknesses. For someone to put that little effort into their app, with as many bans as you have, should be an automatic denial.
In short I do not, and cannot, trust you. Your actions and words in the past have shown me your character well enough to make a judgement on your future. You put such little effort into this app that it seems like its all a joke. And seriously you lost mostly all of my respect when I was working the case that involved you spreading underage nude photos of a fellow meeper, it's a disgusting show of character that does not embody the staff team at all.

To tell you the truth Deljikho, this response makes perfect sense and I'd like to formally concede my argument that the past doesn't mean anything. Although I agree with you on almost every point you make, I don't understand some points of criticisms you have against VKL. I'm not trying to invalidate them, I just want you to expand on them.
I hate, and absolutely hate, the phrase "You need to be mature to become a staff member". I'm in firm denial to this. Time after time again, Meepcraft's best staff members, such as Deinen and Rosenow, have been absolutely great without getting out of their way to become mature. Being mature makes you boring. I'd argue that personalities such as VKL are one of the best qualities for becoming a staff member, maybe to a bit less of an extreme. I think staff members who don't attempt to be mature are the only ones with character and liveliness, and the only ones that aren't reduced to some mindless hallway monitor when they get the position as staff.
As of the nudes point. Honestly, I don't know who gave VKL the nudes, but regardless, I think you don't have a right to insult him about them. Just to clarify, I don't know if the person who gave him nudes allowed him to share it with other people, but what I do know for sure is that it should have been a private altercation that Meepcraft staff shouldn't have hard about. The blame should be placed just as much on the giver of the picture than VKL, too, this shouldn't be a one sided street where VKL did all the wrong. Its almost like if I used the point that you cheated on a math test and said you shouldn't get helper because of it, two different environments that shouldn't really be mixed. You do have a right to lose respect for him, though.
As of the point that he doesn't help at all. I popped on meep for 15 minutes last night and VKL was helping at every opportunity, I don't log in much but for the 15 minutes I was in game he said nothing suggestive or inappropriate and was very helpful.
I have a prediction that VKL is joining staff in the hopes that he'll have a lot of fun with it. When he realizes how tedious staff is, like I did so myself, I think he'll either break a rule to get demoted or resigned. But I say give him the chance. What do we have to lose?
