After what had happend with you and the staff team, I didn't expect you to apply again. you came into terms with some people a while later. I remember you told me that. it's good got out of the bad terms and shows you really want to change. I still see some immaturity from you and even when you were staff, I felt you didn't take it as seriously and you were quite playful (but you were way better than me my first round haha). Staff team is important, and even though you can have your giggles you are volunteering your time to help out the server and make it better, not go laugh around in chat and be immature.
and whatever it is with you sleeping with someone else from meep and spilling the beans on their name, that would be called as immature but if you've resolved it with her and if she's all good with it, that is ok.
I just don't see you as staff, as much as you are a great friend I think you really have to show us what you got and that you can take on any situation without causing a kerfuffle.

edit: i'm sorta leaning to a +1, but if you get interview you really gotta tell staff what ya got in ya bag :) (sorry did i make that up i dunno if that doesn't make sense lol.)
