Dawn has been told the past three or four times he has applied to work on his immaturity and impatience. It has not been worked on, whether that is because he can't or won't I don't know, and it doesn't matter. If it isn't changing now, why would a helper tag make any difference?

I wouldn't say I'm holding his past against him, but it certainly has to be considered, and be a part of my vote. How could it not? If we were talking a year or more in the past, sure, but we're talking a few months ago.

So, Dawn, I haven't checked on the server enough to see how you're doing. But I have been checking the forums everyday, and when you resigned/were demoted from the staff team, it looked like as if you were relieved from being as an example from other players. I can't list any examples, but from what I've seen, you have a small layer of immaturity on you (I shouldn't say small in this situation).

Plus, judging from the votes and commentary above mine:

Improve before you apply. I have seen no change.
Sometimes it takes longer. Set a date a month or two away, and actually stick to it. Focus on asking yourself if people want someone with your currwnt maturity level and attitude. Plus, I know theres several people on the team [myself included] who dont feel that we could always trust you to do the job right.
Patience is a virtue.
Edit: I dont know WHAT the hell the deal is with this rumour that youre sleeping with someome else on meep is, but I know you are either the cause or an encourager of that. And that is 100% not acceptable.

This shows a good deal of immaturity and impatience, which were concerns of mine even before. Like I said, I have nothing against you personally, but it does put me off a tad. Looking at your app, there are so many spaces. I understand Google docs does it differently, but that doesn't mean you can't edit it when you copy it to the forums. That's what I did, after all. I'd like to see the "why" section longer than your weaknesses area. Overall, I think you need to just play the game for a while, and rebuild things a bit more, best of luck!"
You changed your application, but other than that, you haven't changed anything else.

Since the moment i became a helper i consistently tried to become a better person, and in saying i have put no effort in an attempt to become better you are clearly misled. Just because you don't see me on doesn't mean I don't know things, I am usually hidden on meepcraft watching the chat or doing staff work. I am always around on forums and in game at some point during the day. I also have other staff who pass info onto me and other staff on people who we know might apply for staff.
I'm entitled to my opinion about you, in no way you should try to tell my opinion doesn't matter.
I'm a huge -1, I do not like this attitude towards me.

I cannot trust you with helper.

When you earned the Helper rank for the first time, I did not like you the first time I saw you on the Staff Team. I had no trust in you and your posts made my trust level also go down. Now, I can already see you making a few mess-ups while on the team again.

If you think having an attitude like that towards Andrew is okay, you're very wrong.

Nobody said a helper tag would make a difference.
Impatience and immaturity is the two main things that you point out and see as a problem. My point is that he has a hard time working on impatience, so in my opinion the staff could do something to help him out, wether he is a part of the team or not. He is a possible staff member and I can't see why he has to work on this all by himself when, as you say, he clearly has a hard time with it, when it comes to posting an application and so on. None of the staff members (as far as I know) have done anything to help Dawn, sure you tell him that he has to work on his impatience and do something about it. Sometimes it's just hard to do that if you're not sure how.

I am not saying that what was done in the past shouldn't be a part of your vote, not at all. What I am saying is that you should try to get to know Dawn a little more before casting your vote, wether it changes it or not.
Months, years.. it's all the same anyway. My point is that he has changed from his last run as a staff member, and I want you to see it, even if it doesn't change your vote.

I know your only supposed to put 1 comment or whatever and I know some say "if you don't know the person don't comment" but I feel I should. 2Leah2, you say he needs help, and he isn't receiving it from the "team" but how can you expect someone who needs a lot of help to be apart of the team? what do I mean by this? for example, I needed a lot of help when I applied for the first time and the second time, However I changed the things people told me to change. I used to be a toxic person, I would pick and pick and pick until someone would argue with me, idk why I did this I just did. then I realized I wanted to be a helper, and I applied, obviously getting denied I took what people had to say not once, but twice and fixed the issue. I don't know Dawn that well I have only had 1 conversation with him, and the chat I had I will admit was very good I even spoke on teamspeak with him, I enjoyed it, but again he should fix his
1.) Attitude
2.) Impatience
3.) Trustworthy capabilities
Within the app he made mention of the person he "slept with" again, He isn't taking the comments of others very well, and even though I don't know him that well, his fellow staff team members all seem to see a problem and yet no one has said he wasn't capable of being a member again, it takes time to build things back up. The team cant fix his issues only he can. Just like the team couldn't fix mine, but I did. Dawn, I would like to get to know you better, I know no one is perfect and no one should be, these are just miner things you need to work on to become a helper, fix them and reapply, and next time please don't say a time frame of when you are going to apply again. These two comments should be left out of your decision on him. He admitted that he was lying about getting some action and it shouldn't matter if he likes to have fun with his partner. If he drinks alcohol You are literally saying a vast majority of the team is unfit with that statement. This is a staff position on a video game not a real job so keep life matters out of applications.

Alright, I'm not one to post on applications, and I don't believe I have had any problems with you in the past but holy god what is going on here. Please explain why everyone is in an all-out war right now. I have never seen a thread that had this... y'know what, i'll stop there.

Since this is my first time writing an actual "review (idk what do you call it)" I'm not sure how to judge this, but here it goes. To me you seem like a good staff, probably one of the more human one's before @CluelessKlutz and @MegaStufOreo, but then I'm reading all these comments and suddenly, you seem to be not what I think you are. I might just be being influenced by all the other comments, but this is insane. Its crazy.

-0.5. When somebody gains my trust, then just completly betray me, I don't get angry as I think I would. I might have some minor anger issues, but its strange how it affects me. Dawn, you have some qualities that the staff may need, but other things, you need to work on. If you just started out, doing all the things you are saying you were doing to become a better staff member, try holding off on your appeal, learn the rules of the game, and whatever you decide to do, whenether its pursue your dream as a staff member or become an astronaut or whatever, its up to you.

+1 You're a genuine person who has a genuinely good heart and cares about others. I think this is what makes you qualified for staff. I just think if you were more of a leader and not a follower you'd be even more fit for this position. ;) Good luck, you deserve this position!

Just remember, if you don't get this position, it's just a game, and what matters more is friends and family. I really believe in you. I believe you can bring back positive thinking to this server with just a bit more leadership. And if you don't know what I mean by "you need more leadership", please DM me.
