Put some more time into the server. For all we know you can find another server in a couple of days and leave again. Just play actively, participate, and show everybody that you're here to stay. Why did you just come back extremely suddenly and reapply? Why talk to down about Meep and so greatly of Jess' server, and then come back here? Gather yourself first. I don't want to be a mean person because you're my friend, but like really. Also, don't you know to make a new app by now? If you can't even put in the time to make a new application, what makes me think you'll put in the time just to start all over again? You haven't assured me at all that you won't just leave again, and you just seem power hungry, which I really hope you can prove me wrong.
You could be a much better candidate, just put in time and effort. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but pretend like this is your first time around. Try to be an example for everyone instead of another senior member who comes back and instantly gets staff. Show everybody who is against you that you can handle the position.
Right now though, I suggest you delete your application and show the community you really want this instead of really wanting the title or the staff chat again. Show everybody that you care.
