Boy, that's funny.

Along with all the reasons listed above, you've said multiple times that the main reason you wanted to get staff was to "fix the economy", as you put it. You never seemed to want to help players, only wanting to do the bare minimum to get past Helper (protip: the bare minimum isn't enough). Your application hints at that; you lauded your skills in economics, without even mentioning your skills (or lack thereof) in helping the players themselves. The Staff team are looking for people who can help players, do /modreqs, answer questions and such and other. Regardless of what you want to do for this server, you need to help the playerbase first.

I've seen a lot of you, Krazycat. You've gotten better over the years, but you're not ready yet. -1.

We've only talked once or twice, and I don't know you very well, so I am looking at this from a neutral third person perspective with no personal opinions.

Evidence is showing that you have some immature sides to yourself, and I see that you recognize it and admit it. Immaturity is something that improves only from personal effort, not from outside pressure. I agree that you can improve over time and become a great, mature staff member.

People have strong and unfavorable opinions about you being a staff member, and they might be right. However, those are all created from the past and you cannot change the past no matter how hard you work.

I can predict that you have been really nice and helpful to people that you favor, and toxic to people who argues with you. It is very easy to become toxic. It is not so easy to redeem the toxicity. I understand that.

However, there are a few problems with you right now if you become a staff member, in my opinion. First, your playing time is really short, and there is no way that you can help so many people if you only play 1-2 hours a day. I can only play that much as well, and I agree that Minecraft shouldn't be the priority in life. However, more effort will be needed as a staff member for sure. Second, most of us new players have not seen you talk and help. Those "hi meep"s and "welcome!"s are really important in creating connections, I believe. Third, due to your inexperience as staff, I don't think you realize how much work and seriousness it takes not just to be staff, and not just to stay as staff, but to really help others.

I am certain that you will be able to become a great staff member. However, I agree with others that you need more time to help the community before you get the job. Therefore, I am a little leaned towards -0.5

PS: Polygamy has nothing to do with this. It is a social culture that should be respected, and not joked about. If both men and women believe that it is right in their culture, we have absolutely no right to judge them.

A few points I'd like to make here:

1) I do try and help people equally, but of course I have my favorites. Every person has their favorite players that they tend to respect more.
2) The playing time I described is average for the time staff members will put into the server. Take CluelessKlutz for example. I believe he's an ideal staff member in terms of his character, and he only plays an hour or so on weekdays, sometimes not at all. It's not how long you play (to an extent) but what you do when you play.
3) I try to welcome and help people, but things do come up, and often they occur when people joined the server for the first time. I say "hey meep" every single time I log in.

4) I strongly believe that staff experience is irrelevant when trying to apply for staff. I say this because most staff here have never had experience before moderating this server, and it's a catch-22 scenario that would play out if it was relevant. Also, I'm aware of what is needed to be a good staff, from what I've seen from staff that I look up to.

I agree that most staff here have favorites, and that is okay. However, that doesn't mean that you should be toxic to others.
Maybe I just don't see you in chat. I don't know, but I feel like Clueless is way more active.

Hey there bud at this time we've decided to deny your application there are many factors that have determined our end result including but not limited to your attitude, your choice in an ign (idc why you chose it), your toxic history (which is 6 bans in the past 10 months for being toxic including the one last night), and your immaturity. We believe that you need more work and you tend to let things bother you really easily and staff is not all fun and joy it is about 80% of the time but we can get into pretty heated discussions you need to be able to learn how to take criticism and be able to handle a argument without flying off the handle and possibly quitting. The ability to move forward and become a better person is hard and if you need help ask maybe you are asking the wrong people. We hope to see a new application down the road after you've continued to work on things.
