Introduction: Hi there, I am Pseudo (PseudoGod, PlatonicAscend, Krazycat600, whatever you want to call me). My real name is REDACTED. I'm someone who likes to play a number of games online, especially Minecraft- in particular, the Meepcraft Server. I like Economics and have applied such to the server to get to where I am right now; In more broad terms I find interest in the concept of Mathematics.

I joined Meepcraft November 17, 2012, although I did not play much in the first few months of joining the server. In March of 2013, I began to play and get myself into the Meepcraft community. The day I won VIP from a contest was the day that I felt like I was truly part of the community, and it all accumulates to today.

Turned 16 a bit recently-ish, but I'm probably not as social as most 16 year olds are to be completely honest.

Why should you be Helper? 1) Dedication- I consider myself to be very dedicated to the Meepcraft server; but what is dedication? To me, Dedication is the consistent participation and upkeep of commit. I have played through the first reset (July 2013), and then the Second Release of Meepcraft (August 2016), and still had some hope of Meepcraft despite its decline in May-August. Was I critical? Yes I was, but I wanted to see Meep come back to glory.

2) Participation- In Global, Message, Nation Chat- Whatever have you, I do talk to the community quite often. I've tried to get myself into conversation and contribute some alternate opinions and views on topics which arise in global. In addition to communication, I like to host and participate in player-driven events. I believe that these events make the community closer and allow new players to feel welcome on the Meepcraft server.

3) Talents and Specialization- I specialize in the ability to see Exploits in the economy and then report them, and to discover who are using such exploits. This helps make the economy, which is one of Meep's primary attractions, fair for all people and removes unnecessary inflation. Furthermore, I am able to answer more technical issues in chat and through /tpa. I have experience in intermediate-difficulty redstoning, ASTools, Towny Commands, what have you. This, in my opinion, comes from playing the game. Skills are acquired through application.

4) Leadership roles- In Alphabeta, I ran the Pseudo Corporation, a series of >15 /pwarps. As with many corporations, it takes time and effort to make it thrive against others. With my strategies and marketing in place, I was able to turn huge profits while making items fairly priced for more players. In Gamma, I co-own the nation of Roman Empire (Time of writing this: It is called Free140PlotBonus). The empire is nearing 500 players and continues to grow. I plan on opening up Nation-Exclusive ventures, which do require consistent leadership on my part and cooperation from me to my members.

5) Work Ethic- As described before, making the /pwarp conglomerate as successful as it was took a huge amount of time and effort to put into practice. I am able to work to accomplish what needs to be done, be it physical or through the means of a Computer. In 2015-2016, I was able to do 3 AP classes at once (AP World, Stats, and MicroEco), and it consumed a lot of my time. However, I did ultimately finish the courses, and I believe it reflects positively on my Work Ethic.

What are your weaknesses? 1) Immaturity- This is likely the primary weakness I have, and will definitely be mentioned within the thread I presume. What the term basically entails, is that I would have gone to extreme lengths in conversations and would not have provided constructive communication, but instead slander those I talk to. However, I have been working on my Maturity in the last month, and I will not stop improving it, as it is a vital necessity to becoming Staff and successful in real life.

2) Teamspeak: In the last month, I don't believe that I have been on TS adequately for my standards. I will be sure that in the future I get on TS more often and communicate with people in voice, as well as in the chat.

3) Inexperience in the staff team- I have never truly been staff on this server or on any staff team. Becoming staff here would be my first real role as a member of the internal workings of any Minecraft server.

I havent seen you talk a lot past few weeks, plus only 1-2 hours in a weekday doesnt help us much
You can be extremely rude when tte majority of feedback is negatve, even if its all true and constructive. You would rather instead rant about how nobody looks past your toxicity and issues, and how you would be an amazing and better staff member than anyone else, and thats now how we work. We are a team, this is not a competition, work to inprove yourself and not others.
I have tried to help you soo many times, and you have completely ignored my advice every time. You show no hint of actually wanting and trying to improve.
You tend to be argumentative. While not always a bad thing, it gets to the point where a staff member has to ask you to stop sevwral times and even kick and/or threaten a ban because you cant control yourself. Then you start talking about how staff are horrible and kick you for stating your opinion, which is not at all what we do.

Overall, being perfectly honest, you have a horrible attitude that greatly needs improvement before we can consider you for being on the team. You have to be positive and helpful and you have to work back from your toxic self, and that takes time. You cannot work on this for a week and expect us to all say yes +1. You have to give this months of time and effort.

Until I see actual effort being put into your attitude, I will -1. You have to give me positives. Work on your attitude.

I have no doubt in my mind that you could be a great staff member. However you have to work on it first.

I never see you on teamspeak. I think people would like you if you went on teamspeak (I mean look at VKL)

I see major improvements just make sure if you don't get accepted that you keep growing and maturing.

First of all you tend to always get into arguments and get angry very easily. For example, recently you were calling another player mean names because he kept beating you in skywars.

Second, you have the total opposite qualities that a staff member should have. You only help to get a staff position, not to actually help make someone's day, or help out the server.

Third, you love to be the center of attention. Sometimes I don't think you realize most of that attention is negative and just makes you look even worse.

Fourth, like you said, your teamspeak activity is very low and your posts on the forums are something I wouldn't like to see a staff member post.

If you want my approval (and many others), then here are some things To work on:

~ Controling your anger
~ Stop Constantly campaigning yourself in global (hope you know most people think you are joking and say +1 as a joke)
~ Starting to help and do things for the right reasons
~ increase of teamspeak activity
~ a sense of humbleness
~ and think before you act or say something

Hey there. Despite the activity we have seen over the past week or so, the immaturity you show on the server shows no bounds. You constantly are told no and rage and pitch a fit. To be blunt, you are childish and your age does not show. The amount of times you have argued in global about getting criticism, even if it's constructive and polite, is outrageous. I hold a strong -1.

In all honesty, I really like the change your going for, you have greatly improved, but the actions that has happened in the past left some scars on people. Some people will forget those things, other will not. You need to know how to control your anger, not get into big arguments, and let people give you advice. I believe if you change and really work hard to on these things, you can become a good helper.

Ahhhh one of the last people (besides myself) that I thought would apply for staff. See we have a lot in common we both screwed up. We both got into arguments and said some things, I haven't always been like that, and I certainly don't want that title as I'm sure you don't want it either. Crazy how our past can effect our future. I understand running your corporation was hard work and truly shows your dedication but you have said some harsh things, actually many harsh things. I do believe in second chances as due I want a second chance and I feel I have changed for the better. I believe you can also change for the better. We are all capable of being a good staff member but its the drive and maturity thing. Do we really want this job? If you want it as much as I do you wont give up. I'm putting my vote as a -/+ because I believe in second chances, But you were always very rude. I remember trying to message you and you would act like you were better then me. anyways goodluck sir!

I havnt done this in like a year but, here goes.

When I met you I hated you. But after we had our 1 on 1 talk and cleared things up, you showed me a different side. You're one of the community players I constantly go to for questions and to bounce ideas off. You're very intellectual and very well rounded. You may have a strong opinion but I think thats why I like you. You remind me a bit of Deinen is that state. You dont waiver easily, if at all on your beliefs. I see you anger sometimes which isnt something necessarily negative, but staff is hard and FULL of criticism. I think with a little training and guidance into the way we do things and handle situations, as well as having a place to vent would be good for your character.

I used to be so -1 that I couldn't see it on the scale but honestly, I think the staff could learn a bit from you and would like to see you part of this team.
