I didn't get the chance to work with you for long before you resigned but what I have heard you did exceptionally well and I can't wait to be able to see it! Your inactivity isn't even that big of an issue you didn't leave for a huge long period of time and the people who said you need to play the game haven't paid attention obviously because you are online all the time. Now you were promised a spot on the team when you resigned but the reason your last one was denied was because you literally gave it 0 time from coming back and applying. This time I am more than confident in your ability to do the job at hand. You know all the commands and how to handle situations. I can't tell you how proud of this team I am they work so hard and we are one big happy family! With that being said you do have a little pattern going on in your sig and I really don't wanna see it continue again. I really want you to put forth as much effort as possible to be here and do well, including projects. You have experience which is amazing but we don't care who has been here longer or who has the most experience just do a great job and you'll move up. We have talked a lot more recently and I can't wait to get to know you more and see how well you do as staff from my point of view. I know you will do great and I wish you the best of luck. +1
