You have to be useless and 12 (or there abouts), or a favourite of a high staff member to get staff.
Don't try to tell me its not, ive seen in the past.

I dont agree with this i was not a favorite of "high staff" it does help but its not just whose your favorite lets get them to become staff cause im sure when I got staff not everyone liked me
You got to work hard and show dedication to the server. You also cant whine and complain if you dont get staff cause its just showing staff they were right not to choose you in the first place. try once and fail ? try again. Put effort into helping the community. Fix your reputation (dont be toxic as much as ive seen you, ive told you this already). Show that you are willing to work for certain goals of the community even though you aren't staff. These are things id say you should work on and then maybe one day when you feel ready try again :)
