For techs I think the staff team should take a chance of many of these less-known techs imo. At worst they can't perform their duties and at best they are as good as btlim lol

When the players say you're not being helpful enough I presume it is when a player has a question and you answer it, they may miss that. I also believe that they probably call you pathetic and not actually helping anyone because they may not believe you really want to because daily you go on rants about the current staff and starting wars with whoever starts to defend themselves which results in you looking like the fool.

If you really consider yourself in the running to become staff straighten up your act, if you believe a certain staff member is not doing their job correctly make a staff comment, I have been approached because I was having some fun with friends on ts when an outsider of the group thought I was going to do something wrong and also having players praising me. This is a simple thing to do if you want us to take you more seriously instead of you making a crowd of people that mistake you for being a child.

But for your actions I am not one to forget throwing tantrums, starting wars in global, you may not see it like this but to a lot of us you are crying for the attention and to be heard. If you want to talk trash about staff or about me get join myself on teamspeak and I will listen to everything you have to say. I highly suggest applying a bit through next year if you are here because any of the upcoming months I don't see you changing.

Everything that I have seen in the last few days is god awful sorry. You are lacking in so many areas and tbh it's all your fault for putting yourself in the limelight. You should have kept to yourself and helped. It would have got noticed especially after an app deniel. Staff keep tabs on progression and sadly you have let yourself down.

To be honest bud, you are not qualified. Your attitude in general is a major issue, and it'll be the thing that keeps disqualifying you until it improves quite a bit. Work on that issue for another 6 months, then see where you are at.

Honestly dont ask people if they need help all the time because if you became staff people would expect you to keep doing it. Just look around chat watch it constantly and answer as many questions as you can that people have about the community. Don't let people get to you so much either because it really looks bad when you just snap and post something like this. It also takes patience its a long process but with the previous incidents and the view points that you've made people have on you definitely doesn't help but show people that you are trying to change and be a better you then you use to be. I wish you luck :).

At the end of the day, your attitude that you currently have, although it can be changed, is not suited for staff at the moment, this feeling sorry for yourself. No one is going to +1 you, if you make a thread saying or agreeing with people that "have a negative opinion on you". Try to have a little faith in yourself. Of course take into consideration what they say, but don't let it get you down or dis-heartened.

You help people when they need it, not when you need it. This takes time, don't expect opinions to change in a week. Think in the long term and stop pulling the "poor pitiful me nobody likes me" bs. Threads like these work against you, not for you, so if you truly want to change people's opinions of you, keep those thoughts to yourself and don't make these threads.
Perhaps you should discuss this with some people who are willing to help?

Oh trust me. I have offered advice at least three times and have been ignored three times.
Pseudo, you cannot get helper until you chill out and listen more. You have to want it for the server. You have to want it because you want to be part of the team.
You can't kick everyone off the team as a helper and you can't change how the entire thing works. You have to take time, a month, for me it took almost 6, like you can do the thing you just need to sit down and focus and stop trying to gather pity.
