Summers huge +1. the tax doesn't stop spam.IIRC the shout tax limits you to 2 untaxes shouts per minute. which is dumb, and makes you have to pay for having a fluent conversation basically.~ @WeAreNumberUnoNo it's 2 per 10 seconds.
junelawnchaired The shout tax is not very bad and if you are getting taxed for shouting then you are probably spamming. It can also provide an incentive for newer players to get playing the game rather than just chatting. This is denied.
