Austincf71 -100 meebles is very annoying especially when youre trying to save money and you arent even spamming when it taxes you so remove it

ajlpikachu -1 The shout tax is to deter from people spamming chat. There is no reason why you need to spam constantly. And 100 Meebles isn't that much for you to worry about. You can make 80x that amount by voting on the four sites. I say we should make it slightly greater or fix it a bit where you lose more meebles the more you spam.

WeAreNumberUno huge +1. the tax doesn't stop spam.IIRC the shout tax limits you to 2 untaxes shouts per minute. which is dumb, and makes you have to pay for having a fluent conversation basically.
