Last summer I went to Riga, and saw that crime was very big there. Like, the building beside mine was shady, and had Bmws and Bentlys and Range Rovers outside, and every so often a group in suits would drive off in them. Oh, and I was almost killed in a street race.
Everyone hates Chinese tourists, so I get really dirty looks. When I then say I'm American and speak English loudly, I just get marginally less dirty looks.

I hate them but not in a rascsit way. They travel in massive packs, and when their bus pulls up to the restraint you're at, you know you're not getting that burger you ordered ever. Or have you ever had to wait to cross the stree because it was hogged by 50 elderly Asian people. Anyways, I'm pointing this out, that they're the only ones that travel in packs that big.
Also, don't raise your hand to say thanks outside of Australia, just mouth thanks.
Oh, and French drivers are very very agresive. Even French Canadian drivers are.
