Reset?

Lol this whole copy and paste thing is ridiculous. It's just not going to work, not only is it monumentally tedious but it is also necessary to account for mines? perhaps people that have extravagant underground living quarters? It is really silly to suggest something like that, in order for such a thing to happen we'd need to invest far more work than is rational

Honestly, I think anybody that still plays MeepCraft that was around for the glory days really wants to see the server be great again. In my opinion, (this is coming from no one with plugin development knowledge or experience) MeepCraft, as a whole, needs a reset. Meep should be completely offline for a few weeks and try to update all plugins to at least 1.9 as well. MeepCraft HAS to find a way to be relevant with the new direction of MineCraft as a game.

Take a look at this, I played in the fairly early days of Meep. I was also around during MeepNetworks, and the day MeepNetworks went down, I had 85 mil meebles and anything I could ever need to my name. I came on, and everything was fresh. I remember being super salty the first few minutes. Then, I realized how great a fresh start felt. Everyone was having a blast.

For those of you completely against a reset, have an open mind. The TRUE, DEDICATED player base that still plays (so not me because I don't have a Pc) wants to see the best for this server. If you're worried about your town or meebles or whatever, how valuable will those things be to you when literally no one plays this server anymore. Don't let your selfish-ness hinder the server. Without a reset and updates to the server, how is MeepCraft going to survive? MineCraft as a whole is a strong community, but EVERYONE can agree that MC is not as big as it once was.

I've seen this server in its ups and downs. Even though I don't currently play, I have a lot of respect and love for the well-being of MeepCraft. I'd really hate to see it continue to dwindle in player count until there is nothing.

Then, grow up. When something doesn't go your way, that doesn't mean to rage and scream profanities. Try to help this server move forward rather than hindering it.

I understand your reasoning, but remember the community has changed since then. People have been building towns and their fortunes ever since the last reset. More than anything else, a server runs on purchases, not player count. Don't get my wrong, a player count is still very important, but what's the point if there aren't any funds coming in? A reset would quite literally kill the server with as many rank sellers who would quit. Why should anyone invest time and money into something that will reset long before they're done?

How about... we kill the dead minigames that no one plays like boomo (besides those weird 50k if you come to boomo and win it contests). And after that is completed maybe add some new features. Maybe factions? Give Meepcraft a fresh face, a new start. I mean, what could possibly go wrong with 60 players? #MakeMeepGreatAgain

how tf would this even work!? everyone loses there /balance, so nobody pays there taxes, and would u reset town banks? because if you won't this literally just lets town owners who are generally rich keep there money.We should have a meep reset referendum, if the reset team wins then it goes up for debate among the higher staff.

Look, i already said, a reset will not ever bring players in this current situation, unless they fix every glitch, make infected better, improve everything, and then it might be beneficial. New players will just come and leave due to all the bugs and glitches. So if you ever want a reset, fix the basics first....

no. instead of a reset (which as previously stated, would effectively kill meep) we should fix the broken plugins and glitches, the small things that may make the difference between a new user quitting or staying.

unless they fix every glitch, make infected better, improve everything, and then it might be beneficial
