I deleted my last comment because i realized it wasn't really thorough enough and i didnt put time into what i was saying, i am at a +1 and here is why.
Zoe, there are many 12 year olds out there and honestly when you said you were 12 i was really shocked. You are extremely unique and everything you do is so special and charictaristicly amazing for someone of your age. And i am going to list the things i look for in helper candidates and why you apply to all of them
Empathetical- I've had my ups and downs as a staff member, and people have critisised me, emotionally you have guided me to be the person i believe i have become, and i appreciate that. You dont let people get you down, but you understand people's feelings and how certain things will affect those certain people. I really like that about you.
Mature- While you are really giggly on teamspeak you can be serious when needed. Every time i have needed help with something you have thought about what ive said and processed it, and told me very well exactly what i needed to do, this application also shows this.
Connectivity in the community- You certainly arent shy and are oh so sweet every time you speak to me and people in global
Helpfulness- Ever since you came back you've always helped in global, in message, and still know the expectations of a staff member. You've helped me a lot since i became staff and i partially believe your help helped me get to my goal.
My personal expierences with you have been nothing but great, and i have no doubts that you will be a great helper, mod, and maybe even smod. You are such a wonderful girl and you constantly make me feel involved in the community and bring a smile to my face every day. I've held off making this because you need to know that you are one of the strongest candidates and positive influences in this very close knit community. Whether im making /astools with you. Talking about music and insulting each other about it. Or you being disgusted by taylor swift and making me sad. You are one of my best friends and im so glad i get to know you. Stay unique and on the right path because you certainly are destined to succeed with your optimistic view on life.
