Hey cooey! Your a nice person to interact with, your helpful in chat and teamspeak, and your active. These are good qualities to have in a person to become a helper. You can be immature at times, but this can be fixed easily. I could see you being a good addition the staff team. Over all my vote is a +.5

Cooey first of all I want to apologize for this post. You are really cool and I really enjoy talking to you but for some reason I feel that the only reason you want staff is because you are power hungry and just want the rank instead of wanting staff to help the community. I don't think you are mature enough to handle the powers of a helper. I really like you and I was going to +1 not because I think you would be a good staff member but because we are friends and that is the main problem with staff applications and staff team in general, everyone is biased on applications. Not that many people even read the application, they just +1 if they like the person. This was my opinion on you applying for staff without being biased. Good luck man but a huge -1 from me.

While you can sometimes be negative in /g I don't think its such a big deal, I mean c'mon, we are can be at times. I've seen a really big growth in your helpfulness in /g. It would be awesome to see you become staff before I leave meep.

Pros:

Cons:
~when I worked for you on your server, you were very controlling and un-open to others ideas
~You didn't work well with all the other admins and they ended quitting or getting very frustrated with you
~I felt very unappreciated while helping develop your server for free
~You deleted the server in rage because pne of the admins/developers quit and you didn't want any of his work out there. This shows extreame immaturity and you don't always care about others work/feelings.

Sorry little bro, but I honestly can't see you as a helper after this horrible experience :/ I think you might be great in time. Right now you are just way to young.

+1 you are VERY active and when I see a question in /g I go to answer it but you always beat everyone to it, your always helping out people and you've helped me out many times, I'd love to see you as a member of the staff team because your amazing and you would be a great addition!

Feel like i have known cooey a long time so at first i would say +1 however only reason that ima say -1 is immaturity, in maybe a year or two or some maturing then it would be 100%, but being a staff member means you have a responsibility and i feel that due to posts such as the one about "trolling a kid" implies that maybe you're not there yet. But hey, this is an opinion. Good luck and hope you do get it at some point!

You're familiar with all commands, you're very active, in-game, on team speak & forums. However, you're way too immature and you never take anything serious. I don't believe you would preform well as Helper.

Hey cooey, at the moment I'm -1 for a few reasons.

I know you can be active, and you're nice usually. But we need to see more of you man, I dont see enough of you on TS or on Meep to give you a +1.
I want to see you work hard, help out people in shout get yourself out there and kick ass.
You are known by some of the community, thats good. Your app was good and packed full of info.
As it stand right now though, work on your activity and help some brothas out.

On the plus side...
You've been a constant presence ever since I joined Meep. Super active, super kind, and while I know you have been negative in /g, these events are few and far between. You're always willing to help that citizen in global with that command, or that situation. Also, you're one of the most mature 12-year-olds I've ever seen. Before now, I thought you were about 16-18, so it shocked me to know you're younger than I am o_O

Yes, there have been times of /g negativity, and immaturity, which I would expect of a preteen (I was like that at 12, apparently), and generally, younger people aren't accepted as staff, possibly because of a lack of responsibility. However, I'm sure that with enough training, and action on feedback given in this thread, those qualities can be negated.
