Notes about the EULA changes

Personally, I miss the old meep. I keep seeing "New start" "This is great," but it's sorta made meep, meep. I know A LOT of people spent so much time and/or money on this server. If they have to pay more to get the things they already paid for, how would that be fair to them? I understand this isn't your choice, but you could section off where each rank had its own shop. ((Like last spawn)) then you could make them cheap. [For example: In ultimate shop, fly for an hour is 10 meebles, because they already bought the rank.] Just saying, if I was Ult and got fly taken away and had to pay 1k+ for every hour, I'd be pretty upset. Ultimate is a very expensive rank, they shouldn't be punished for buying their rank.

The whole minecraft world knew 2 years ago, it was a big thing, fuzzlr chose to IGNORE it. I'm not parading anything, just stating facts.

Been around for a while, thought I had an account but didn't for some reason.

I'd like to note that pretty much everyone ignored it, not just Meep. Mojang's attitude was that they were optional guidelines, rather than rules, and everyone took advantage of that, because not doing so would mean that your server would be at a disadvantage to the masses that did.
There're still servers that ignore it blatantly while saying they follow it, particularly one that I won't name because it'd be promoting them (they typically tout that they're the most popular), and who haven't and won't receive punishment for doing so despite their visibility. The 'rules' still aren't really enforced.
At least this one's trying (though the gadgets are extremely iffy).

I think meep will have a bright future. Even though amazing commands went. I still wish the best for meep.

P.S: The staff did very well when handling these issues with the EULA. So be happy the server didn't shut down ffs.

So, I just went check what's EULA, it's kind like a minecraft term/agreement (?) And now I kind understand why you guys removed /fix and /fly, is it because of EULA doesn't allow Meepcraft have /fix and /fly those ''unfair'' perks?

And why did you say ''we have 10 hours''? Did Mojang warn you?

Things like fly may become available through hourly buying them with meebles. We just need to go through it all and re add what were allowed to

Yeah haha. Ironically that came true.
For your own records you can look back to the "fuzz".
This happened but was not enforced. We were never warned, emailed. Nothing. Cracked server vs official, ect.

If you knew it would be illegal, then why did you buy Ultimate a few months ago. Now youre threatning a chargeback? You knew this would happen. . .

Other then that, do you have an estimated time/date for when the bulk of the new perks will be released or is that classified or will the perks slowly be implemented along the way?

I'm going to be straight I saw this coming from a mile away years ago.

Do I regret buying Ultimate? No, do I give a rats ass? No. It's a "DONATION!" It's something you do in good nature. That being said, I do have an idea. While late to the punch.

Why not allow people who have the perks already from their ranks to keep them, and just allow people to "buy them" i.e. The donations give them to you for free, while the rest buy them. That way everybody goes home happy. i.e. You bought /fly. Now you can /fly for free. When the people below said rank need to spend meebles. Like a discount card.
