no one likes one-uppersIn my opinion, Media doesn't require maturity since it doesn't involve being a role model like helpers, but it should take determination. You have to be willing to devote several hours at a time to make videos for the server. I applied, but got denied because my content wasn't 100% meep-related, so it seems as though staff do look for meep-related content only. Work hard and Reach high!

maturity for the media team is just as important as the other staff members, if not more. we are meant to represent the server just as all of the other staff members are(it's kind of like an advertising team if you think about it. if the advertising team is immature and you saw them on youtube you would probably go and think that the business(server) wasn't professional or something)
EDIT: drunkpotato i think that with a bit of practice and effort anyone could do anything so don't give up :)
