media works for the server directly, not with players. they take tasks from the staff, not the players.

True, but they still are a staff member and they are representing the server. I wouldn't want to go to a business, whether it be something more official or this MC server if a staff member was constantly popping stupid jokes, inappropriate refs, and rude, sarcastic comments.
immaturity isn't a bad thing, so get over it. immature people like having fun, like mature people. no-one in this world dislikes immaturity accept for the people on this server. And a person who calls another person immature is just condescending.

Immaturity can be annoying for a lot of people, and there's a difference between being a constantly immature person like you do, and being immature when it is okay but being professional when it is necessary.
A more mature person doesn't need the jokes, refs, or rude comments.
Business is a business is a business. If I see something that makes me want to kill somebody I'm gonna quit for an hour or so until it's over and the person is gone, there's no reason for it.
Yeah, kids will be kids but there's no reason for stuff like some of the things that happen to actually happen.
