Well I mean I haven't seen you on and I've seen Courtney on a bunch, and I bet many other people can vouch that Courtney has been very active the past few weeks.

Did you consider the application? I mean it's been a long, long time since she's last been staff, and we all change over time. She's all refreshed and ready to help. Honestly, I would have a talk with her on Teamspeak about it, because you're basing your vote entirely on the past. Try to find out about what's going on now.

I was on vacation the last week, she said she has been back for months but i have not seen her. I look at the past only because i know what happened, during this time.

She could have changed yes. but until I see it for myself the vote stands. I do not want the repeat of the past.

I just want to say that I don't really know you and I was not there when you were staff the first time.
You seem nice imo, but I do not see you help. Sure, you might know all the commands or w/e but I have not seen you prove it because I don't see you online much (maybe time zones?).
I would really love to see you become more active in the community before becomming staff again. Because I could see you as staff but, I think you applied a bit too early. I don't think any of the new(er) players know who you are.

I haven't had lots of personal interaction with you, which I hope we will. But I talked to you in creative next to your neat-o rubix cube. You know what I like about you? You include people, in everything. I was just looking at the cube admiring and you asked me about what I thought of it. We talked and small chatted and that was it. But Courtney. You are so sweet, and definitely have the skills. I really hope we get to know each other because I see how many people think of you the way I do. Only advise is keep helping ;).

Apparently, my post wasn't approved because me saying that I can't explain my vote enough isn't constructive.

You were a great staff member and friend when you were staff in 2015. I always liked you and your personality and you always set the mood of the day every time you were online. We need some really good staff, and all of us want you back on the staff team.
