Perks for Meebles: Solution to the EULA

Those advantages still only work if you actually go out and earn them. Lots of higher donors, myself included, make money in the exact same way - Selling things to /shop, /warp shop, and /pwarp's.
On this server, perks are more of a convenience than they are an advantage.

I agree, most perks are just for convenience, however, there are the perks that do offer an advantage, and even if you have to work for it, an advantage is still an advantage, correct?

I am simply curious as to how we were approved by Mojang, as I am sure many others were, when we do have perks that offer advantages.

Because the perks do not offer an advantage in the economy. Thats it. That is the reasoning.
You say "donators can make more money in minigames and selling quartz".
1. You can sell quartz at most pwarp shops for more, so no.
2. You can make the same amount depending on how many games you play, and during the game, everyone has equal chance to win. The perk is a time saver, not money maker. As muunkee stated, its a convienence.
We have many cits richer than ults.

Also, it does not matter if you believe us. If we were in voilation, we would have been shut down already.

No, meepcraft or basically any server does not abide by the Eula, because where's the fun in that. (If there's money spent for perks, it doesn't follow the eula). https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula

Technically you don't even have to donate irl money to get a rank. If you work ingame and earn meebles you can buy the rank from a rank-seller with ingame currency. That means that the ranks does give an advantage but EVERYONE can get that advantage.... As klutch said, by donating you only save time.
