Perks for Meebles: Solution to the EULA

Thinking about the longevity of this server and open to the reality that Mojang has the power to shut down Meepcraft given the current circumstances I think it is time to seriously think about my suggestion.

So, that being said, I think there should be an admin shop available to all players that sell notes for meebles. I know you can get them via voting but that isn't in accord with the EULA. I can't think of many ultimates being opposed to a shop that sells a fly note for 100-150k for an hour because let's be honest, that is grossly overpriced but price doesn't matter, the fact that it is available to players is the legal justification to keep our donor perks. This of course would be the case for all donor perks and it can be as stupidly overpriced as you want. It can even be more expensive than Summr's shop so it wouldn't effect him.

Oh and since all of you are "ERRRRR MY GOD THE ECONOMY", it will take money out.

And that's it.

I really don't think we are lol, I'm just saying this is the most fool-proof way and I can't think of any reasons against it. It also takes money out.

No, meepcraft or basically any server does not abide by the Eula, because where's the fun in that. (If there's money spent for perks, it doesn't follow the eula). https://account.mojang.com/documents/minecraft_eula

I know you have all been worried sick so I wanted to let you know. Meepcraft is approved by Mojang as EULA compliant. We still have some little touches here and there but know that we are good to go.

Its not money. The rules are that players cannot GAIN ADVANTAGE by spending irl money.

They literally sent a rep to out server and checked it out. Sent Fuzzlr an email and we are approved. No worries buddy =D

I seriously don't get how perks such as /fix, /fly, donor shops at /warp shop, minigame boosters and the ability to own spawners don't give a donating player an advantage over a non-donating player!

Klutch, would it be possible for Fuzzlr to release some information about our inspection, as I find it extremely hard to believe that our donation perks do not give an advantage.

Absoutely not. I understand we are very open with a lot of things here but this is still a business. Our conversations over EULA are none of your concern.
The perks we offer do not in any way guarentee
success for any player as our server is economy based.

For example, an Elite+ member doesn't have to spend money on repairing their tools, a VIP+ member can sell quartz at /warp shop to make money and any donator can win extra meebles with a minigames booster. In all of these examples, a donating player would end up with more money than a non-donating player, due to their advantage gained through perks.

Those advantages still only work if you actually go out and earn them. Lots of higher donors, myself included, make money in the exact same way - Selling things to /shop, /warp shop, and /pwarp's.
On this server, perks are more of a convenience than they are an advantage.
