Let's take a look at some of your pros; I have known you for a long time, and you seem to be a rather nice person. You are honest, and not afraid to speak your mind. You are also quite forgiving, and understanding. However, you do have some cons that I would like to point out; You can sometimes overreact to situations by making a big deal out of little mistakes. And you have a tenancy to worry about the little things too much. I don't count maturity, activity, or likability when I vote on apps. But I do however, Vote based on attitude, as it is a good idea to keep a calm and positive attitude as a helper. Also, you mentioned in your app that one of your weaknesses was criticism. There will always be people on the server who may disagree with you or just straight up not like you. Helpers are role-models as well, they have to be better than a child who can't handle criticism. Sorry if this was harsh in any way at all, I just would like to see some improvements before I'm a yes for your app. But hey, prove me wrong! =)

Let me clear up what I mean by critisism. I didn't say that I ever talk back. What I mean is, sometimes, when I get a lot of it at once, for example a lot in an hour, I tend to be discouraged by it. This may cause me to take the rest of the day off, but I never talk back, nor do I like to start fights. Just throwing it out there but thanks for your suggestion.

- a little while ago I joined your beta town on my alt account because it seemed pretty chill. When I got there I felt pretty un-welcome due to the way you were all strict about the rules, yes of course you have to follow the rules but there should also be time to just chill and have fun. Then i asked you a few questions about the town but you just answered with " Did you not read the town rules?" and I did read them but i was just curious about a few things. Stuff like that made me feel un-welcome because you didn't care enough to just answer two simple questions. (And i know you have the knowlegde to answer)
- I often see you trying to help, but to me it seems like you're just mini-modding. It annoys me because I know you only wish the best for people.

Hey leah, at the time that you joined my town I must have been in a rush. I do apologize for what happened. Anyone else that has come to the town I have always been there to help them. I must have made a mistake with you and I really do apoligizse for that. And the mini-modding part well I don't know what you expect me to do really. I just try to help out and make the server a better place for players and make it easier on staff really. I don't know how it annoys you but I'm sorry if it does. Other than that thank you for the feedback, very much appreciated :).

Just now in-game you were extremely immature and argumentative in-game, and you were throwing insults around and then saying 10 times that those were just your opinions. "The staff team is lazy" ok, but if that's what you think you can just keep it to yourself instead of starting a small flame war in global.
Do you think that it would be ok for a helper to act like this?

This morning, 4/13/16, you had a giant 'opinion' on staff being too lazy to fix a 10 second code line. You acted super childish and naive.
Towards to end, you started acting like a smart ass when someone was trying to say something. Before they typed it, you typed 'cool.'

You're basing a judgement on one event. This isn't very accurate then is it. And also, I do agree with you I did act differently compared to my normal self. But you have to admit, everyone was acting childish today and I tried to keep my mouth shut and I did because I could've said a lot more if I wanted to. Thanks for pointing it out but in my defence, I was not the only one acting 'childish', however I do agree when you say I was also acting childish myself. I apoligize to all the people on at the time, I'm not having the best of days.

That is no excuse. As staff you have to be the bigger person. You are not 5. You do not need to call people a mean poopyface back when they do it to you.

Alright I understand, I apoligize for the way I acted, I understand now that I should look at ways to handle my situation better and stay calm and motivate others to do the same. Thank you for your feedback.

Let's start with this... You are an extremely intelligent and I think mature person. I have no doubt that you would be able to perform as a staff member. My real concerns are your attitude. I do not think that you could mesh well with the current staff team as it stands. You have shown in several places that you work as an independent person and feel that you don't need help from anyone. All of us on the team are asking questions and working hard to work together. I do not think I can see you working well with all of us. I am not going to -1 because you could perform on the team, but I think you need to show that you can handle working with a large team of people. +/-

I can resonate with you, but regardless you should be able to handle it, even if you can a lot at once. You have to prove that you are better than criticism, "because that is how a helper do."

oh boy a rebuttal! I think your trying to look cool in front of your audience, cute. You were acting childish, not 'most' of us. I am basing judgement on one event because this was an extremely serious event. Please reconsider trying to make what you did this morning not as bad as it was.
