Your application was shallow, and was pretty vague. One picture isn't enough content to base people's votes on, and that one build wasn't really the best. I've never seen you once ever in game, and usually I'm floating around for hours. You're immature, and suspiciously thought of. I mean, you hack, do some other things and then apply? Right after you applied, you applied again for a different position. I don't think you put effort into anything really, and that you wouldn't take the position seriously. To improve, I would start being mature, practice building, (preferably with someone that can teach you), start writing deep, and grammatically correct paragraphs on your applications, boosting your activity, and basically everything else people told you to touch up on. Again, my vote is -1. Good luck in the future.
