Maturity, To me personally, when I talk to you, you don't seem mature, you joke around way to much and don't really listen, which for arch is important.
-trust, I don't trust you, you can be a cool kid but with arch comes great responsibility, I'm learning this from another server. As arch you receive so many new commands and people on meep need to know they can trust you with those commands. You don't seem to be very responsible to me...sorry bro.
Its hard for me to +1 people who hire others to build something for them, and then either advertise their own building skills, or apply for arch, do your own work, if you are to lazy to make yourself a build whose to say you won't just quit while building for the server?
You have a lot to work on, look up different styles on google and pick the style you like the best, learn how to build it, start basic and go harder and harder. after a while, once you feel like you have really gotten down the style and have built probably about 4 builds in that style, pick another style and learn it. it will take a long time but as arch you need to be able to build different styles. Right not on the arch team, all the architects can build extremely well to all the styles, so in order to keep up with them you need more skills. keep it up!
Fyi, don't expect to learn the styles quickly, I've been building for about 8 months or so(thats really not that much), and I still have probably about 3 or 4 styles to learn...I have only covered about 4, maybe 5.
