You suck up to staff, you have a pretty serious attitude problem, and like others above I seriously question your motives for wanting to become a staff member. On top of that you're fairly immature and cocky, and you tend to get involved in others business.
You're annoying on teamspeak.

Maturity.
Major maturity issues.

You're cool, many people feel comfortable around you, but you're not helper material. Its just that. I strongly beleive in Peri's words:

You like to be involved in drama, and will do whatever it takes to make people like you. When problems are brewing, you try to get right in the middle of things so you know what's going on. I truly believe that you want to be a staff member to be in the thick of drama.

Hey Dawn,
So I'm going to leave no vote for the moment, but I'll leave a few comments.
You're active everywhere on the server, which of course is great! You're always talking with people and making new friends. You're quite helpful when you need to be, and you have a good knowledge of the server itself.
However, as I've gotten to know you, I've seen some things that I just want to highlight so you know what you can work on. Sometimes the consistency of your behavior can waver, some days you'll be ecstatic and others you will be very gossip-y. If some of the stuff I've heard you say is true, it kind of leads me to believe that you are doing it for the title. Now of course these are only rumors, so I'm not saying you're doing it. But, if you are do be aware of what comes out of your mouth before you say it. That's kind of the only concern I have.

You're a great player, but you should stay a player. Staff doesn't seem like the perfect fit for you, and I feel like with your attitude, you wouldn't necessarily fit in. I can see you doing something stupid and getting demoted, and I don't want to think that seeing a staff member. Also, making posts like this makes me question your maturity and how serious you are actually taking this. Wait a good amount of time and make serious improvements, then I'll believe you have a shot. But, for now:

i just feel like you rp way too much, and in my personal experiences people who rp a lot tend to be really immature and you're also pushing for a marriage plugin and that makes me feel like you dont know whats good for the server.

You recently begged me to draw you as a pony on my profile in an immature way. Although, I am being nice about it and will draw you a pony, you could've asked me in a more mature way.
Also, your status posts tell me a lot about your maturity.
And you have a suggestion for a marriage plugin currently up.

I feel like the main issues here is your attitude and maturity on the server. If you can fix those issues, I may give you a +1 next time.
