That right there shows you aren't staff material, These comments people leave arnt to argue, but grow off of them. And that thanks at the end sounds so sarcastic, and if its not, YOU can't joke around like that because every other time you mean it.

Why would trying to explain a situation make you not staff material? Is there any election/hiring process that doesn't allow someone to defend themselves if they think that they have been wrongfully shown in a bad light? I personally know that I'm not going to "grow off" a comment where someone inaccurately slanders me. I've always hated the don't reply to comments unwritten rule because in a lot of situations, it doesn't make any sense, or act as an indicator of someone's ability to be a staff member.
Now for Landon,
In my experiences with you I've found you to be a smart kid who seems to really enjoy the server, but I've also noticed that you tend to be impulsive at times. I believe that you have the ability to do the tasks required of a helper, but I worry that your impulsiveness might lead to some poor decision making. As a helper, you can do 100 things right and 1 thing very wrong, and next thing you know you're demoted. Consistency is key, and I'm not sure you've shown enough of that yet. -1
