Dem0gorgon When did you join Meepcraft? June 2013? Don't know exactly. Almost 3 years ago. Introduction: Hello there. My name is Landon. However, most of you guys call me Land, Lando and Landonator. I am thirteen years old, in eighth grade, and live in the USA.
I love playing sports such as, baseball and basketball. I have played baseball for about seven years/seasons and currently am in my eighth year for basketball.

In school, I take a high school level class, Spanish two. I am on honors classes and get A's and B's on my report card. Why should you be Helper? Experience: I have not had any real experience as a Staff member on a Minecraft server. I do however; know all the rules and commands on Meepcraft. I have been playing for 3+ years and I hope to make it longer. I wish to giveback to what staff members have done for me, and help new players that don't know their way around the server. Even though I haven't been a Staff member in Minecraft, I have sort of been a role model outside of Minecraft. Outside of Minecraft, I help people at school. We have a tutoring section for people that do not have the best grades, and I am a tutor for some of them. I also try to do the right thing all the times, and not get in trouble.

Work Ethic: I believe my work ethic is really good. I work really hard in every single project I do. In Minecraft, or outside of Minecraft.

I have done many projects, that I spend a lot of time on. I usually do not like leaving something until I reach the goal I wanted to get too. I do not give up in the middle of a project then just quit and leave. I spend lots of time working on projects I do in and outside of Meepcraft.

If I am given a project, I will get it done. I will not wait around then do it last minute. When you give me the project, I will work on it as long as I can and whenever I can. I try my hardest to get things done as fast as possible. Getting thing done faster in my eyes, relieves a lot of stress since you don't have to worry about it anymore, and you can maybe help others with a project or make your project better.

For instance, me applying for staff. I have applied so many times, I make new applications, and keep trying over and over again. This time I am going to try harder though. Im going to make changes that you guys would like to see me do. Most of my applications before, I just kept applying and didn't change, this time if I don't get accepted, Im going to try and fix it so I do or have a better chance.

Dedication:
My dedication to this server in my eyes, is pretty good. I spend hours of doing projects. Also, I have been applying almost non-stop since December 13th, 2013. I spend a lot of my time on Meepcraft. If I can't get in game, I will go on the forums. I am usually on teamspeak when I am in game. I am usually in game for 2+ hours. Some days may be a little less, depending what sport I have that day or any events. I work on projects for a long time. Like /jobs. I am a lvl 119 farmer, I am working on my woodcutter job. When I started it, I started at lvl 34, I then got to lvl 46 the same day. I worked hard to get there and spent lots of time.

Involvement: I am involved in all parts of the server. I am on the forums, in game, and teamspeak. I have Skype also. I would rank my self for being in game the most, then forums, and finally teamspeak. I am usually on all of them 1 hour a day. I try chatting with the great members of Meepcraft. I try my hardest to answer questions that I see in shout, or ones that people message me.

Strong willed: I am a very strong willed person. I usually argue a lot (Sometimes take it to far so it can be a weakness too). I usually am right, or try to be right in every single argument I get into. I am trying to stop arguing about things that are stupid and aren't worth the time to argue about it.

Justification: I know I would be a great staff member. I know, I am immature and most people don't want me as staff. I just want once chance. If I fail, I would be demoted. I know I wouldn't though and I would be the best staff member that I could be. What are your weaknesses? Maturity: As most of you guys know, I am not the most mature person on Meepcraft. I am immature most of the times, at times I can be mature. I am working to become more mature though.

Strong willed: With me being strong willed, I have the tendency to bring arguments a little to far. I have been trying not to make them turn into something bad. I am trying to have more civil arguments now. Yes, sometimes if I get in an argument and I think the point they are arguing about and they won't even listen to what I'm saying, I may bring things a little to far. But I am trying not to. Ask bass_flow, I paid it back. I even paid more. Me and her talked on Skype and she said it was totally fine :) Also, my nether wart farm didn't have to be lvl 50+. I did the calculations and you would make money. Sure, you may not make much when you are a lower level, but you are still gaining levels and money.
When did I hack? If you are talking about when I "Hacked" on meep, that was false. You could tell in the video I missed my swing and FayzePvp hit him from behind, making it look like I was using Kill-aura. In the real world not everyone is going to be talking in a respectful manner. If you want something done you have to be rough. Being dishonest with the unknown? I was never dishonest once.
The original deal was he does 20 layers for 1mil, he then said 20 for 2mil changing the deal. I then said no and he tried changing the deal around. He reported me about 10 times, each one of them denied since they had the original deal. He then told me he was done working so I told him he won't get paid and he then messed up some of the layers.

After all these apps, I'm going to keep my response simple. You know what people have said and you know what you are supposed to be working on.

In order to become staff you have to actually work on these things. Your maturity, greed, and hostility are giant issues that you flat out haven't improved on.

You have to actually look like you're trying landon, because you really don't look like it.
Take two, three months, minimum, really work on your issues and attitude. Yeah, it seems like a long time, but think of it this was - I had to go through the same thing. I had to wait a really long time before I could apply again.
Just, actually work on it, because you're no longer really dedicated to this position.

OK then, I'll trust you on that one. However, from my perspective, bass_flow was quite angry about the loss of money, and you showed no remorse. Perhaps you did indeed feel sorry for your actions, which I'm honestly surprised about--the fact that you [supposedly] paid her back is good.

You did the calculations incorrectly. You based the calculations off the amount you, as a level-whatever-farmer, would receive. I can state for certain that when I brought an alt with a level 5 farmer to your farm, it lost money.

Looking back on my old screenshots, I'll concede this one, as the situation was as you described here. However, I must say that while I was trying to solve this issue, you repeatedly made life as difficult for me as possible, constantly telling me to wait (up to 15 minutes, when I was just asking for a tpa) and cursing.
