Hi Nick! I know you've been waiting on this response for a long time already, so here it is. Some words I've already said to you, and nothing here should be new.
I didn't know you very well before you applied. I just knew you as this one guy that was well connected to the community but never someone I bothered to talk to because I just didn't know you. For this reason, I said nothing on your previous app. After you and I got accepted, you, me, Walrus, Versus, and Dawn were all "Interview buddies!" and I noticed a sudden form of a group of friends just like that within the five of us. To me, I managed to connect and become a lot closer to the other four of the group. Of the four, you were the one I knew least. I was a little hesitant to meet you at first, but you eased me into knowing you so fast it was as if I was talking to an old friend. We got along so well so quickly, I was definitely taken by surprise that I could become good friends with you. You are definitely an easy person to talk to, which I appreciate from you. You're generally pretty helpful in shout. You were demoted over a mistake on your part. But everyone is human, and no one is perfect. You have shown that you've learned. I definitely see more of you in this app, and I'm glad that you're honest. The best thing to do with mistakes is to learn from them and not hold them as long regrets when making decisions in the future. I believe you deserve a second chance, because hey, a mistake was a mistake. Time passes, and time is precious. I'm in no way saying you should rush to get staff, but I don't think you should have to wait a long time to be given this opportunity again. If you're at an advantage where you can be staff at your peak consistently, don't let it be wasted. I see you around that area. Definite +1 from me. Good luck!
